Organization Leadership is an innovative and challenging program which provides both a theoretical and practical learning experience. The program promotes organizational and personal leadership excellence through the formulation of an ethically responsible understanding of organizational theory, vision, change and behavior. Students learn the keys to working with and influencing individuals and groups to achieve toward a common goal. The minor gathers leadership courses from across the Arts and Sciences into a curriculum that unifies the theoretical and practical elements of organizational dynamics providing academic insight into organizational leadership. Studying Organizational Leadership helps prepare students majoring in every field to step into a leadership position in the private and public sectors, in corporate, legal, not for profit, community, or governmental organizations.
